Amy Tieperman, Esq.
Founding Attorney

Experienced Advocate For Clients

She founded her law firm to focus on family law and understands that each of her clients have unique needs and concerns.  Her family-driven approach has earned her a reputation for fair but aggressive representation.  She believes that each client and case deserves time, attention and develops a working relationship with each client she represents to ensure each client feels heard, and understands the legal options available to them.

Community Involvement & Leadership

Amy has had a passion for helping people in her community, and veterans of our United States Armed Forces.  For the past 9 years she has volunteered with the national Make a Wish foundation to bring strength and hope to terminally ill children.  She has an impactful and meaningful position as a "Wish Granter" for children in her community.

She serves as a breakfast coordinator at Saint Joseph's Church in Odenton, Maryland for their annual Shelter Week. in February, coordinated through the Arundel House of Hope to provide hot meals to homeless veterans.

Operation Ward 57 is a non-profit near her heart, and she volunteers with wounded veterans associated with their organization.

Beyond The Courtroom

When not in her office, or in the courtroom Amy can be found adventuring with her children. She is an inspirational mother and enjoys spending time with her 3 sons.

She is the proud mother to her oldest son, who is a successful entrepreneur living in Pennsylvania, and her 2 youngest sons who have been given the best example of what it means to put your children first.  Inspired by their love of history and historical places, Amy and her boys take frequent trips to Washington D.C to visit and learn from the multitude of war memorials and national monuments.  At the request of her middle son, they took a trip to New York City to honor and recognize the 2,983 people who lost their lives in the 9/11/2001 terrorist attack.

Determined to fulfill some of her and her boys' "bucket-list" desired experiences, they have recently been traveling aro
und the United States appreciating and visiting National Parks. From the moment her 2 youngest sons expressed their desire to travel to every National Park in the nation, she began planning their adventures that have taken them (so far) as far west as the Badlands, in South Dakota, and to the Smoky Mountains, in Tennessee.  She will continue to fulfill her promise to her boys that as long as she can, she will help them discover the beauty, history, nature, and wildlife that all 63 of the National Parks can offer to them, as long as her youngest can resist the urge to pet a prairie dog...
